One of the most useful bags in the world, the Longchamp Le Pliage, has been reinvented as the Le Pliage Neo, now with a fabulous new strap and leather trim


Just about everyone I know has at least one Longchamp Le Pliage bag; I’ve got two of the Le Pliage Cuir (or leather) version. The fact that these bags can be handily folded up to save space is probably the most obvious reason why, but the long-lasting nylon and useful shoulder strap are just as important.

 

The new Longchamp Le Pliage Neo

Now Longchamp has reinvented its classic bag once again, the new Le Pliage Neo is made of satin-finish nylon and trimmed with tone-on-tone leather that has a graphic cross grain pattern. That handy shoulder strap is now thicker and more padded too so that when you stuff everything you own into your Le Pliage it won’t dig into your shoulder quite so much.
The Longchamp Le Pliage Neo will be available in black, navy, poppy, hydrangea and bilberry but there are two limited edition colours too; orange and emerald. Plus the bags will be available in small, medium and large for the handbags and large for the shoulder bag. The Le Pliage Neos are priced from $217 to $408 depending on the size.
