No Doubt has designed a Spring 2013 line for Fred Perry
No Doubt has teamed up with Fred Perry on a refined capsule collection.
The new collaboration sees the US band designing a line of classic Fred Perry styles influenced by their musical roots.
Fronted by Gwen Stefani, the fashion conscious foursome has created a capsule collection that is heavily influenced by ska and reggae's musical origins. No Doubt have incorporated the band’s trademark use of Rastafarian colours red, yellow and green for their fun twist on the classic Fred Perry style.
This can be seen on the first of the three pieces they've designed, which is a men's/ women’s slim fit shirt that features signature tipping detail on the sleeves and collar in the reggae colours.

Also included in the collaboration is a men’s punk-inspired tartan bomber jacket and a classic V-neck sweater.
The British sportswear brand has a long standing relationship with
tapping into subculture and No Doubt fit their brand's identity
perfectly.
Gwen has already had success with her clothes designing, and has managed to successfully launch her own label L.A.M.B. off the back of the band's popularity.
The unisex slim fit shirt will be available from January next year while the V-neck and bomber jacket arrive in Spring 2013.
The collection is being sold on fredperry.us, with a global release to follow later in the year.
